What it does

    Clinical notes, memberships, appointments, labs and wearable data stay in the systems clinics already use. CorEXF keeps them connected so care teams see the whole picture without switching screens.

  • Care pathways physicians approve

    Recommendations follow the clinic's own protocols across areas such as cardiovascular, metabolic, gut, hormonal and cognitive health. Every one is reviewed and approved by a physician.

  • Built for how clinics run

    Membership tiers, scheduling, follow-ups and progress tracking in one workflow, for in-clinic and telehealth visits.

Who's behind it

CorEXF Technologies is a joint venture between CoreAevo, a membership-based wellness and longevity company, and Exafluence, a data, AI and healthcare technology firm, through its healthcare vertical, ExfHealth.

The platform is in development. CoreAevo is its first clinical operator.
