1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how CorEXF Technologies Corp ("CorEXF", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through our website at https://corexf.com (the "Site") and through communications you send to us.

This policy does not cover:

• The CorEXF platform or any clinical, membership or telehealth services. Those services are not yet available. When they launch, they will be covered by separate terms, a separate privacy notice and, where applicable, the Notice of Privacy Practices of the clinic providing care.
• Third-party websites linked from the Site, including those of CoreAevo, Exafluence and ExfHealth.

The Site is informational. It does not offer accounts or sign-up, and it does not provide medical services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. Please do not send us health information through the Site or by email.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and infrastructure providers may log standard technical data. This includes IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL and timestamps. We use this data to operate and secure the Site.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use the following:

• Essential cookies that the Site needs to function.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the Site against bots and abuse. To check that a visitor is human, Turnstile processes signals about your browser and device. This processing is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which helps us understand how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location and device type. GA4 sets analytics cookies and is subject to Google's privacy policy. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not enable GA4 advertising features. Our member application, when it launches, will have its own cookie and privacy terms.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
• operate, maintain and secure the Site;
• detect and prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers that host, operate or secure the Site and our email, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
• Our joint-venture members and affiliates (CoreAevo, Exafluence and ExfHealth), only where needed to respond to your enquiry.
• Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, legal process or a government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of CorEXF, our users or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. International transfers

CorEXF is based in the United States, and we store and process personal information in the United States.

The one exception is enquiry contact details. Your name and email address may be accessed by our team members in India so they can respond to your enquiry. We do not transfer any other personal information collected through the Site outside the United States. Third-party providers we use, such as Cloudflare and Google, may process data in other countries under their own terms. Where we make this transfer, we take reasonable steps to protect the information in line with this policy.

6. Retention

For information collected through the Site:

After these periods we delete or anonymise the information, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Our member application, when it launches, will have separate retention policies.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct or delete it;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• receive a copy in a portable format;
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email jeevan@corexf.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorised agent where the law allows.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where the law requires it.
