1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://corexf.com (the "Site"), which is operated by CorEXF Technologies Corp, a Delaware corporation ("CorEXF", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover only the Site. The CorEXF platform and any clinical, membership or telehealth services will be governed by separate agreements when they become available.

2. Informational purposes only — no medical advice

The Site provides general information about CorEXF and its products in development. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Using the Site does not create a physician–patient or other clinical relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Products in development

Descriptions of the CorEXF platform reflect products under development. Features, availability and timing may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a commitment to provide any product or service.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from Site content, except as the law permits;
• interfere with, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• scrape, crawl or use automated means to collect Site content without our written permission;
• use the Site to send unlawful, harmful or infringing material;
• misrepresent your affiliation with CorEXF.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the CorEXF name, are owned by CorEXF or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to view the Site under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

6. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use them without any obligation to you.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, including those of CoreAevo, Exafluence and ExfHealth. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CorEXF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CorEXF AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CorEXF and its affiliates from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the revised Terms.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and CorEXF about the Site.
